1c. to undertake debt tracing or to fraud prevention agencies so that the Customer Information may be made available to other organisations to help prevent fraud or to trace debtors;

1d. to be given to any person to whom MCP transfers its rights and/or duties under this Agreement, and to their insurers, agents, sub-contractors and suppliers (on a strictly need-to-know basis) in advance or after such transfer;

1e. to be so disclosed at the Customer's request or where MCP has obtained the Customer's consent;

1f. for the purpose of seeking advice and counsel from such professional advisers as are under a duty of confidentiality with respect to the same;

1g. to track the pattern of the Customer's activities to analyse market trends and preferences, whether for MCP's internal use or for third parties in a manner which does not personally identify the Customer;

1h. to send the Customer promotional or other materials which Systems@Work believes may be of interest to him (unless notified otherwise by e-mail by the Customer that he does not wish to receive the same); and

1i. for the purposes of complying with any provision of any law, bye-law, rule or regulation or otherwise pursuant to any order, judgment or direction of any court or governmental or quasi-governmental authority.

3. Provision of Information to Third Parties

MCP is committed to providing our clients with a high level of privacy in relation to the personal information that is collected by us online. Personal information supplied by clients and prospective clients will not be released to third parties, except under the following conditions:

MCP is not responsible for the privacy policies of third party websites to which links are provided. The privacy policies on these websites should be reviewed before providing any personal information to these websites.
